After seven successful years operating as a booth-rental salon, we are thrilled to expand our team by offering employment opportunities. We provide hourly and commission-based structures with a seamless pathway to renting in the future, if desired. We get many new client request that go unfilled because we do not have employees and our self-employed stylists are booked solid.

Salon Vermont’s Pathway to Renting Program

Hourly/Commission employment is where you get an hourly base pay, and then commission kicks in if that is higher. Pathway to Renting Program is for stylists with the goal of becoming a self-employed stylist/renter. You work as an employee until you are ready to go self-employed. This can be discussed in detail during the interview.
